These are the last pieces of art I did for The Diggers, which is a series I was planning from high school up to my third year of college.
It was very “shonen anime and manga”-y, and I finished one chapter. I took it off my site because compared to my stuff now it’s pretty bad, but I’d still like to do something with it someday. Maybe a game.
These are designed to look like the eyecatches from Tengen Toppa Gurren-Lagann which you’re missing if you happen to be watching it on SciFi (Mondays at 11, it’s a good show you should watch it!). The characters in the top image are Fortis and Fey, the main characters, and the guy in the bottom one is Jeb “The Iron Knuckle” Johnston, the first villain.
